Their support team is not responding. There were some post-trading activities in my account that I did not initiate. Previously, they mentioned a cyber attack on their system.
I have contacted them via Telegram and email, but it has been almost two days without any response. On Telegram, they have seen my messages but have not replied at all.
This situation is making me concerned. I am starting to worry that the platform might be a scam or that they are not properly prepared to launch this prop firm.
