I purchased a $500 account and started facing serious issues from the very first day. Trades were opening automatically without my authorization. I tried contacting their Telegram and customer support multiple times, but my messages were only seen and ignored.
Even the stop-loss on my trades was triggered without the market reaching those levels, and candle data changes after refreshing the chart, which raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer support. I would advise others to be cautious before trusting this platform.
