I've visited this place multiple times, and the service remains consistently poor. It's a small venue, and you can find yourself waiting up to 45 minutes for a drink or assistance. I had heard there were new owners, so I decided to give it another try, but it was the same experience. When we mentioned the long wait, there was no apology, just a hint of annoyance. They really need to improve, and I hope the new management addresses these issues.
