Then the run around for a return, refund 50%an keep the jacket, no thanks. We do not like to be mislead and scammed. There is no return instructions or label. Email response appears to be from a private email with no reference or letter head form the company. Each email has the scantest of information making any return/refund impossible. I encourage you to move on to another company, preferably one in the US with a true customer service department.
