I received my order, but the quality was poor, there was no label on the item, and the size was way too small. I reached out to arrange a return and request a replacement, but they suggested I sell it elsewhere for a 20% discount instead. I just wanted a replacement, and I was told they would issue a partial refund. They refused to provide the warehouse address in Australia and are now ignoring my emails. I am reporting this issue to the bank. I strongly advise against ordering from them!
