I submitted a ticket and the “Escalation Team Lead,” responded cordially, agreed to make a special offer to refund a purchase that I had never authorized, all contingent on my making a good review on trust pilot BEFORE receiving the refund. Apparently, the refund was partial, and consisted of a credit to an account that I had not authorized and would never use. I see many excellent reviews, that seem to me clearly to have been solicited by this company’s customer service agents. This is completely unethical. Avoid at all costs.
