I was sceptical but ended up impressedI originally ordered a box of each flavour as I wasn't sure which were the nicest. I'm a person that's always hungry and as I've gotten older I have gained weight due to still having the same appetite. I brought these, but I was skeptical, but to be honest, when taken as advised, it really did fill me up. Quite impressed really, I would recommend them as I'm down half a stone in weight with using these, it's going slowly but I'm getting there.
