The site states lifetime warranty no fading but the product does fade and when I asked for a new one they gave me a VERY hard time (even speculated I was lying) because at the same time I ordered a new chain(didnt realize it wasnt the same one) but realized that there website states a lifetime warranty so as a consumer I should get a new one of the original product I purchased months ago. Any way they send a replacement thankfully. Took them forever to reply and accept refunding the one I didnt need anymore and still waiting since end of Dec. Into now February to get a refund for the item. Super shady company. And lacks customer service. I had to contact the BBB in order for them to reply.
