Avoid like the plague!!!!! I was held ransom for another year of advertising which provided no benefit whatsoever to my business over the course of a year. I thought I had only signed on for 12 months, but according to the fine print, unless written 3 months notice was received before the end of the current term it would automatically renew (which was not made clear at the start). When I questioned them about this they referred to the fact it was written in the T’s and C’s and that ‘No notification from the company about renewing would be given’- that was actually written in the T’s and C’s! Shocking customer service and an absolute joke about trying to ‘maintain client relationships’.
