Do not give this company a single penny. I joined in July 2025 and it has been a nightmare of broken promises, hidden restrictions, and a total communication blackout.
THE "OSCAR" BOOKING TRAP (DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE)
I have written proof of their stalling tactics. On March 2nd, Oscar from their "Tee Times" team emailed me regarding a 4-ball at Westerham for March 29th. He stated: "We've diarised this to be booked from the 16th of March once the tee sheets are open."
The March 16th deadline has passed and they have gone completely silent. No confirmation, no update, and total silence on my separate 3-ball request for Coombe Hill.
TOTAL COMMUNICATION BLACKOUT
Ignored Emails: My account manager, Mike, has completely ignored my last email. Despite their own policies regarding response times, they have gone silent the moment I asked for a status update on my pending bookings.
Phone Blocks: Mike has kept my phone number blocked for months. They refuse to speak to paying customers, effectively cutting me off from the service I paid for.
Ignored Flexibility: I proactively offered to swap my contracted club to a different location to make it easier for them to fulfill my bookings. They haven't even had the courtesy to respond to this helpful suggestion.
LEGAL INTIMIDATION VS. ACTUAL SERVICE
They ignore service requests for weeks, but the moment you complain publicly, they find time to send aggressive emails threatening the Defamation Act 2013 to scare you into silence. They prioritize reputation management over actually providing the golf rounds they sold.
THE REALITY OF THE "MEMBERSHIP"
Once you pay, you discover the "unlimited" promise is a lie. You are restricted to one round per week, you are frequently pushed toward 9-hole "pitch and putt" courses instead of the 18-hole courses you paid for, and they often deny requests only 48 hours before the date.
VERDICT: I have given them a final 48-hour grace period to honor Oscar's written commitment and respond to my emails. If they fail to respond by Friday, March 20th, I will be taking this to Trading Standards and the County Court for a full refund.
STAY AWAY. CHECK TRIPADVISOR—MY EXPERIENCE IS PART OF A WIDESPREAD PATTERN.
