I reached out when I received my order because I had some questions, but I never received an answer or the support I needed. Consequently, I proceeded with the first week of using the product, and honestly, I felt extremely ill. After one week of usage, I would say it was not a good experience. It might have gone better with the proper support. I do want to send the product back-this was an expensive detox to get so ill from.
