Originally i was taken back/ boggled as to why shipping was taking so long. Maybe it was usps, but it took 3-4 weeks for my original purchase to arrive which was concerning because it was my first time doing business with this company. Customer service is decent, they sent another shipment when i complained yeah very bizchy of me, but just wondering if i was being bam-boozled was cause for a tab bit of stress especially since i signed up for a subscription. I have received the original order, but the order they sent out as collateral now needs to be returned to sender if ever I receive it andMust be labled refuse to accept and taken to a post office. Because it is too late to cancel the order which is an inconvenience in itself along with dealing with customer service and waiting practically a month wondering if i was ripped off . Anyway it came in, it was nicely/tightly wrapped when i opened it and no damages even after 3 weeks in transit so theres that. I’m giving 3 stars because i cant give 2.5.Nobody should go through the experience of worry and having to deal with it yourself if things may go arrayAnyway my timezone is off from customer service and i basically work during their operating hours ,so i had to wake up early to get in Touch with them and it took a while for a reply but they came through.Customers service 3/5Delivery 0.5/5Presentation 4/5I bought the zeolite spray and dropsIts tasteless / bland me and my kid tried it Its not an ooooOo reaction just meh you gotta make it fun. might give it a better review pending results.
