Requested a withdrawal on 18th May for £5k still waiting for it now, sent all documents over for proof of earning and can not count how many emails I have sent for an update but get the same generic replied every time "we have passed this on and will get back to you" which they never do. I have then been asked for documents again which have already been sent and they have replied to me about them so it is definitely a stalling tactic. I have put in a complaint with no reply and have now told them that if my money isn't received in the next few days then I have no alternative but to put in a small claims case. Absolutely disgusting treatment to their customers please avoid total scammers!
