Before we started working with the TGP Team, our MRR was hovering around $5k-$8k/mo. We didn't have a firm plan for scaling, especially on our sales process and outreach. I used to see a lot of content from Jacob and Jordan on scaling an agency with the Growth Partner model and these ultimately helped us decide on signing up with them. That said, when we started working with them we hit our first $20k/mo in 4 months and right now we're close to hitting a $40k month. The biggest levers that helped us is their solid sales resources together with the accountability leaders (Shoutout Kate and Nadia). These alone have saved us a lot of time and have opened us up to tons of opportunities. Not to mention the daily calls - top notch!So if you're still on the fence whether investing into the TGP is a good or bad investment, just read the paragraph above again. 10/10 would recommend to those looking to scale their businesses.
