I ordered a chain from theguushop a little before Valentine’s Day. I wasn’t sure if it would arrive on time. However they really blew it out of the park when they ensured me with their consistent communication and very timely delivery response. Great customer service can be hard to find. And they have been wonderful with everything. They took the time to ensure the chain arrived well packaged as well. It also is very beautiful and well made.
