I have been buying these meals for when I don't have time to prep because they are macro carried unlike other people's reviews I think they are full of flavour. The chicken is very chewy and I struggled to see how there is the protein amount that it says on the packet with about six chunks of chicken. My chicken fillets Consist of 25 - 30 grams alone. I know there will be a few grams of protein in other bits in the meals that I still think it's lacking in meat content for the protein to be so highFor that reason I'm not not going to buy these anymore
