I picked up the Gym Kitchen Carbonara from Asda because Iāve been searching for ages for some decent, healthy prepared food for one person. Iād happily be a regular customer if it was any good, but for Ā£3.60ā¦ sorry, itās bloody awful.Iām not fussy at all and I like most foods but this was something else. The chicken was like chewing on rubber gum, even after I air-fried it to make it crispy. I had one bite and gave up. Honestly, how is this still on the shelves?Now I get why itās called Gym Kitchenā¦ because eating this will help you lose weight and you wonāt want to eat at all! šI wanted to give it two stars for effort, but for the price and taste? Absolutely not.Luckily, I only bought one pack.
