I was not given the usual number of tablets, so I ran out before my scheduled medical appointment.Then after my medical appointment I waited more than 2 weeks to receive my medication, such that I was left with no medication for just over 3 weeks*update following response from The Hairy Pill. Unfortunately your response focusses all too heavily upon transferring blame to me for postponing my consultation due to overseas travel (and payment issues after my bankcard was hacked then cancelled). Its all very well to say you tried to contact me, but after I confirmed to you in recent weeks that I’d been overseas operating with an eSim and no phone access, I think it’s appalling for you to make those claims in your response below. Furthermore, you still fail to acknowledge that I was unfortunately left without access to the medication for 3 weeks following the date of my latest consultation. I acknowledge you wish to protect your reputation, but a part of that involves taking responsibility for shortcomings or failures in service delivery. I’ll be looking for alternatives moving forward.
