Has wrongly taken hundreds of pounds and won’t give it back - as well as providing useless info

I cancelled my trial subscription because the info provided by TH was out of date and generic info that could have been found in the public domain . But TH decided to take my money, even though its own website showed that my subscription had been cancelled. It has taken hundreds of pounds from me and has refused to even acknowledge my request to stop doing so.
