We adopted a cat from The Humane Society and after a month she would not come out from under the bed for more than 5 minutes. I stopped in the Happy Beast and talked to Natalie. She talked to me about changing my cat's diet to gluten free canned food. In less than 24 hours my cat was coming out from under the bed and hanging out for over an hour at a time. A week later, she is sleeping with my daughter. So thankful that Natalie took the time to talk to me even though I was a first time shopper at her store. THANK YOU!!
