Excessively late shipments and poor customer service.
I get an email on Feb 23 saying the order is being prepared. I get another email on Feb 27 informing me that it finally shipped and that I will receive the package a week later, which is already 2 weeks later than I was supposed to receive it. Their customer service line is non existent (you're instructed to leave a voicemail) and they responded to my email complaint 3 days later, informing me "This is Clyde with Happy Howl. Sorry for the confusion. When a shipping label is first generated and UPS provides an estimated date right away, that isn’t the final ETA. The delivery is often sooner once the package is fully in transit. They are updating it after 1-2 days for the final ETA." Except UPS has the most reliable tracking out of all the couriers.
This is actually worse than I thought because on review, I received not 1 but 2 emails from Happy Howl notifying me it was going to be late weeks prior. I already had an extra 2 weeks of food for my Canine in addition to a month supply in my previous order. They knew they were going to be late and they chose not to expedite shipping, they responded to me 3 days after I sent the email, there's no one to call if there's a problem, and just today they sent me an email changing their excuse to blaming the weather "in your area" for the delay except there's no inclement weather in my area nor has there been and they knew there was going to be an extended delay and did nothing about it. They barely even responded until there was a negative review. There's no confusion. You're late. You suck. And you're fired.
