They show an image of a Hohner Golden Melody version 1, and shipped out a version 2, which is junk. They said I can ship the instrument back to the UK, and give me a refund, and the website photo would be corrected. Upon looking at the return authorization paper, referred to as an invoice, I thought the refund was for less then half of what I paid, and in British Pounds...(they said the amount was for customs and shipping purposes only. When I asked for a full refund they ghosted me, and became non-responsive. I offered to do an exchange for a more expensive harmonica, and pay the difference, and! After many emails with personal insults towards me, I I was told I would receive a full refund, when they receive the instrument. I sent back the instrument, and they did refund me in full! But sending me an invoice declaring a value on a item that has been lowered for the sole purpose of lowering the shipping cost is a crime, according to US Customs and Border Protection!, It is considered a false statement, and you have to sign the Declaration papers... so you the buyer are responsible, and could potentially become the subject of an investigation. They also stated in one of their emails, that they would tell every distributor and retailer they know, exactly what kind of horrible customer I am, and that they would erg businesses not to sell me product! Wow! I bumped them from one star to 3, because they did change the photo on their website, and I did receive a full refund in the end, after a lot of hassle, insults, and wasted time!
