I hadn't realised the product was a back order item and shipped from Europe, so there would be a slight delay with delivery! My mistake! But email communications with Jonathan were great, he was extremely helpful, expediting the order, and I duly received the harmonicas just a few days later after emailing! Fantastic customer service!Excellent quality items and good value for money! Well packaged, arrived intact, and conveniently comes with a carry case!
