Ordering process easy. Notifications from FedEx were implied that the order had been picked up when actually it was on back order. But you responded immediately when I emailed for clarification. Please note that the case arrived crushed and cracked, but did its job—the harmonica was undamaged. No problem—I store in a separate case so not needed. I would definitely order again. Thank you.
