delivery was brilliant but the hay was not good. there was so much brown in the hay i would not feed it to my guinea pigs. it went in the recycle bin. waste of money. i was going to buy the timothy hay until i saw inside the box i received. i got a message from the hay shed saying i could have another box of hay to get in touch with their customer service which i did a week later still waiting for a reply.
