I’ve been a member of the Healing Hub since January 2021. As someone who has struggled with my mental health for years, I have noticed a huge difference in myself, even my work colleagues have noticed. I’m less anxious and stressed out and I’m able to cope with things in a calmer more rational way. Breathing Space has become part of my everyday routine now, 10 mins is all that it takes, and I do notice a difference if I go without it for too long. My sleep has improved by using the sleep journey meditations too.One things that sets the Healing Hub apart is the community and a sense of belonging, there is no judgement and everyone is so supportive, from fellow members to the wider Healing Hub.
