I've had the experience to get therapy from Ms. Saba for more than 2 years now... Started in 2023 and I've seen myself grow immensely and strongly after the therapy... She understood my mood and my inclination, has been very professional, she is a brilliant and compassionate listener, never once had I felt being judged or something. I have so much to say but I'll say just one thing to wrap it up, that she'll make you find answers and not put thoughts in your head, she is not the traditional all-positive therapist, she makes you hold yourself accountable and take responsibility of your life and decisions. I've become confident in my life after my therapy session...I came to her to heal from Grief...that was my only goal but I left with so much, self discovery , beating my social anxiety (still practicing, healing) and so much more and she introduced me to systems that have made me stronger.
