I ordered a product, but the shop later informed me it was out of stock and offered alternatives. I immediately declined and I requested a refund, but they ignored my emails. After contacting them on Instagram, they promised to check but never followed up. Despite multiple attempts, one month+ later I still haven’t received my refund or any update.
