I ordered three parts at the beginning of October and have been waiting nearly a month. I’ve been chasing them with no results (initially, they claimed one part was unavailable due to manufacturing issues, even though they said everything was in stock before I ordered). Their staff, seemingly just one person, mentioned that their courier lost a shipment in Italy on October 14th. They asked how I wanted to proceed, whether to keep following up or give up. It's absurd that they expect me to manage their courier issues. They should either send a replacement or fully refund me, not ask for my input. Please avoid ordering parts from this company. It has wasted my time and money, and feels like a scam.
