This travel agency is one of the most deceptive I've encountered. Their representatives collect mobile numbers in malls under the guise of a lucky draw for a free holiday. Later, they call claiming you are a 'winner' and urge you to visit their office to collect your prize. Once there, you are pressured into signing up for a holiday package. I deposited money for a future holiday plan, but due to personal reasons, I couldn't travel within a year. When I tried to book my trip after 14 months, I was told my contract had expired. They are very proactive until they have your money, after which customer service vanishes. PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY.
