I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. According to our agreement, they committed to paying the EMI conversion amount within six months, but they did not adhere to the timeline. They only paid the first installment after repeated follow-ups. The second installment was promised by the end of December, but they are unresponsive, and the remaining payment is still pending. Overall, the service and communication have been extremely unprofessional. They make initial commitments but fail to take responsibility later. I would not recommend this company to anyone; it’s best to stay away.
