Never book with this company on my arrival in Egypt I had no accommodation booked although I had the hotel voucher i had to pay for the first night as they refused to and it took until the following g afternoon before they offered an alternative hotel which was absolutely disgusting filthy dirty walls crumbling swimming pool green food in my supposedly clean room they have refused any compensation as it was too dirty to stay in and had to find alternate accommodation. I gave rang the company every week since my return in September and they make excuses everytime. They are blaming the third party company whom they booked the hotel with which is bookabed I can’t even get a contact number to get in touch with them.
