I buy 7 ribeye steaks a week from my local butcher and figured I can save a lot of money if I buy from honest bison. I ordered 2 steaks to try them out. The day after taking my order, they let me know that they are having some logistics issues and the order will be delayed. Understandable so I say fine, I’ll wait. A month goes by and I hear nothing. I email them and they say it’ll be shipped on this date, I say ok. The day comes nothing has shipped. I reach out again, they say it’s been delayed, I say fine. I receive a tracking number after 2 months and it goes to a different city to a wrong address. I email them again and they say you were not supposed to receive the tracking since is not yours and your order should ship next week. I wait another week and email again and they said sorry we don’t have your steaks would you like credit for future purchases or a refund?!! so basically they charged my card, held the money for 2 months and refunded me. not that "honest" if you ask me.
