I didn’t receive my shipment yet i had no calls from the carrier and when i track it it says it’s going back to the us for wrong address I contacted you to send email that the customer wants to receive the shipment before its send back the answer we can’t we have to receive it and then send it again with the same shipment fee and till now since 8th of October the shipment is stuck on dammam port I have no idea how long I have to wait to receive it
