The Horse Bit Shop is an amazing resource - very wide product range and excellent advice. Vicki and Ema have been extremely helpful, listening carefully, asking lots of questions, reviewing photographs and making inspired recommendations. I have a horse who has gone from loathing his bit (and I tried a lot!) to accepting his contact happily and opening his mouth willingly for bridling. I have to admit to being a bit old school so I really didn't know my way round the newer bitting ranges and the choices seemed a bit daunting so I hadn't considered them. The Horse Bit Shop team were really great at explaining the different options and finding the perfect solution for my horse. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
