First time purchase from this company, Excellent service from The Horse Bit shop. Bought a Bomber eggbut happy tongue bit on trial on the understanding that I may get a used bit for trial but luckily got a brand new one. Notification emails kept me up to date fully with tracking number etc...arrived as expected three days after they posted it. Tried it on our horse today and she has loved it immediately so luckily won't need the trial and won't need to exchange for a new one as a new one was sent!! Just a brilliant, easy and fast service! May buy a spare for the dressage bridle!! Thanks :)
