Bought our new couch from house of brands and from start to finish the lady ( can’t remember her name sorry!) who helped us was so polite and welcoming as she answered any questions that we had and was able to sort everything there and then for us. She was very efficient and so lovely. The two gentleman, Pamford and Shaxawan who delivered the couch were also very polite and managed to get the couch in and setup within less than 30 minutes! They were both very polite and efficient also. Will definitely be recommending to friends for future purchases!
