Ordered 150cm Marble Rome Dining Table with 2 Madrid Velvet Chairs and Madrid High Back Velvet Bench. I asked if I could swap the velvet chairs and bench to faux leather. The customer service rep responded straight away and updated my order. They had to outsource delivery due to annual leave. When table was delivered the marble top was damaged. The customer service rep responded immediately and had a replacement top sent out within the week. The next delivery guys explained they were on holiday and sorted the new table top onto my frame. They were very friendly and helpful.The table, chairs and bench are excellent quality, delivery was quicker than expected. The customer services rep kept me updated throughout and messaged when delivery was due with times. Also responded to any queries quickly and in a reassuring manner. I would 100% recommend and buy from House of Brands again.
