A very insightful and well-delivered course. Larry was superb, keeping the sessions engaging and interesting throughout. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone in a middle-management role.
Very nice venue and staff with a lovely lunch and refreshments. The course and trainer for the Empowering Women in Management course was excellent. I met some great people and learned a lot plus I felt all the resources provided were really good.
A colleague and I attended "The Exceptional Middle Manager" hosted by Larry Reynolds. He brought the session to life, with everybody in the room being engaged, and thoroughly enjoying the session. We would definitely attend another session, especially if Larry presents.
I attended the course Empowering Women in Management and really enjoyed it. I found it extremely useful for developing my skills and becoming more self-aware as a manager.Our facilitator, Emma Walker-Cotton, was fantastic. She guided us throughout the course and shared practical tools that helped us reflect on our own leadership style and find our personal path to becoming effective leaders.The course challenged me in a very positive way, and I will definitely apply the materials, strategies, and tools she shared.In addition, the venue chosen for the course was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Overall, a great and highly valuable experience! I would absolutely recommend it.
'The Exceptional Assistant’ is an exceptional course. Heather leads the course with exceptional knowledge and experience, useful tips, ideas and key links, whilst still giving the attendees the opportunity to communicate with each other and draw up action plans for the future.
I really enjoyed this course with Heather. Some great tips and advice, even for an experienced EA like myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather and look forward to seeing what other courses she has which may be suited to me and my profession.
