I bought an InfoMedic necklace for my Mum, and she said after an hour or so wear that the bottom of the pendant was irritating her. I felt it and it's the bottom of the screw cap which overhangs the bottom of the pendant. I phoned The ID Band Company and was firstly told it couldn't be because the back of the pendant was smooth, I said it was the bottom of the screw lying close to my Mum's chest and again lady argued that the pendant was 20inch long and wouldn't hang that low, which I then had to inform her Mum has osteoporosis and is bent over, that not I should have had to justify it. She then asked if I wanted a refund, when I asked about the returns postage as it wasn't just a change of mind, but a part of the item that was irritating Mum's already frail skin I was told they 'don't have pre-paid envelopes' so we would have to cover returns postage. When I said about it, lady said 'well you got a discount on the order (EpilepsyWarriors24 for anyone interested), so that should cover the returns', when I said that's not the point, she just rudely said 'well we don't have pre-paid envelopes so you'll have to cover returns' and basically put the phone down on me. Very poor customer service.
