They sent me a faulty AIMS inverter/charger. They then charged me a restocking fee when I returned it and would not respond to me emails on the issue. I've stopped shopping with this company.Their response is below, so I'll respond to their response: I have at least three follow-up emails that were never responded to. Also, any damage the unit sustained while being returned to you has nothing to do with it being faulty when I received it. The items you docked me for were aesthetic. A simple functional test would have confirmed the issues I was having.
