I had a custom jacket made from them and there was only one issue with it when it arrived, the torso was too long. After getting in contact they told me to send it back and they would remake the whole jacket for not extra charge! They remade it in a shorter amount of time than the first jacket and it’s now perfect! Really happy with this service these guys and girls are providing. The only thing that may need improvement is responding to emails sooner but it’s excused because they will reply to emails and the end result is great. I will definitely order from them again soon!
