I placed an order for an ID bracelet on the 9th as a Christmas gift, and today is Christmas with no bracelet in sight. I've been emailing back and forth trying to cancel my order and get a refund since the bracelet is still being manufactured and hasn't even shipped. They are offering a partial refund, which is unacceptable. I would advise against ordering from this company.
