I had an issue late on Thursday evening and got in touch via WhatsApp. Tristan kindly walked me through the preliminary steps necessary to diagnose the issue and (!) fix it myself. He took time out of his evening to do this over WhatsApp, resulting in an immediate fix for me. I am so happy to have found such great customer service and look forward to using his services again
