I placed my order in November, expecting delivery by December 8th. By mid-December, nothing had arrived. I contacted support and was told I agreed to pre-sale terms. I then learned that the bag was out of stock and would ship separately. My order finally arrived in January, but the box was damaged, leading to ruined books. I’m frustrated that it took so long for a subpar product to arrive. The second part of my order, supposed to be the bag, turned out to be another set of books I didn’t need. I’ve emailed to file a complaint, but customer service only reminded me of the wait time. I won’t be using this service again.
