Are these reviews real as I purchased a writing set 6th November I wanted it for Christmas the date is now 24th December and I am still waiting. I have asked for a full refund but no response to that. I have had almost daily emails offering me to buy further goods and today received an email' thinking of you and your family finishing PS whenever you need a little help making everyday parenting easier - you'll find us right here. What a joke. If you want a gift for Christmas 2026 I would order now that's if it turns up at all
