Right from the initial design consultation our experience with Shanti was amazing. He happily gave us several appointments to finalise the cabinet colours and even allowed us to take the samples home. He was very patient, flexible and supportive towards all the changes. We went for Ballerina Kitchen and our installer was very impressed with the quality of the units. We were provided with full flexibility to choose our own worktop or the appliances (we eventually went with Shanti's proposals). Shanti made several visits before, during and after the installation even though we didn't get an installation from him. He was always available on the phone or meetings and the level of service was just exceptional. This was by far the best decision we took during our home extension and renovation project.
