We engaged The Kitchen Consultancy to install a new kitchen for us as part of our extension. Service was excellent from the get go, with a combination of on site visits and meeting them at their offices.Shanti made the process of picking a new kitchen easy! He gave honest practical advice and we adjusted our ideas and decisions accordingly.Whilst we hit some minor problems and delays, exacerbated by the Covid delays, these are expected in a project this size. What was important was how responsive Shanti was to our calls and keeping us informed of delays and new timings.Overall we were very happy with the final result and would recommend Shanti for both quality product and excellent service that came with it.
