DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased knives from them 20 days ago, and the order still hasn’t been shipped. Customer support is completely unhelpful and avoids giving a clear answer about when the order will be delivered, constantly pushing the timeline further. I requested a refund since the knives were supposed to be a gift for my partner, but they refused, saying I can only cancel after I receive the items—without being able to tell me when that will be. It’s beyond frustrating. If I’d known they couldn’t deliver, I would have ordered elsewhere. This doesn’t seem like a legitimate business; how can a normal company refuse to cancel an order or provide basic delivery information? Stay away!
