Knifes arrived in reasonable time, looked great out of the box, and were very sharp. These were to be more of a display set for my new kitchen so hardly used. Lost their edge very quickly and fillet knife has broken, handle has come off due to the tang only being about 25mm deep, emailed company on their website twice and no reply. Don't waste your money on these.
